George Clooney would like to (not so) casually remind you that President Trump is in fact one of the Hollywood elite.
Speaking with Canal+, he said,
“Donald Trump has 22 acting credits. He collects $120,000 a year in his Screen Actors Guild pension fund. He is a Hollywood elitist.”
Of course that kind of money is chump change to Trump so he probably forgot all about that, right? We mean, why else would he campaign on the mantra that he was not in fact a part of the elite, after all?
Clooney also complained that Trump’s top lackey and anti-Semite Steve Bannon is a failed Hollywood-type as well.
“Steve Bannon is a failed film writer and director. That’s the truth, that’s what he’s done. He wrote a Shakespearean rap musical about the L.A. riots that he couldn’t get made.”
