Gigi Hadid is quite literally on top of the world. Not only is she one of the most bankable models of 2016, she’s also in the most coveted girl squad, has an enviable wardrobe, and boasts a set of abs that would make even the most body confident girl jealous.
But it turns out Gigi is just as human as the rest of us. In the most recent Vogue podcast episode, Gigi admitted that even today, she’s still just as vulnerable to internet haters as before.
Talking with Vogue Bookings Director Helena Suric, she explained,
“I’ll post a picture and one person will say I’m too fat and three comments down someone’s calling me anorexic. Everyone is affected by the pressures that come from being on social media and we’re all human. I’ll never say that it doesn’t affect me.”
“It happens to everyone. We all go through it and no one’s alone in that for sure.”

Despite what everyone says about her body, the 21-year-old stills manages to stay positive.
“I never didn’t like my body. I was very athletic. I was proud of why my body was the way it was.”
Gigi is currently Vogue‘s August cover star.
