One of our favorite celebrity couples will co-star in their first feature-length film together.
John Krasinski and Emily Blunt are set to act in Paramount/Platinum Dunes’ A Quiet Place. John will also write and direct it.
The movie is a supernatural thriller, although nothing has been released in terms of plot. Production begins in the fall.
Krasinski tweeted about the announcement in a way that will make you swoon so hard you’ll melt into the floor.

Can you even stand it?
This is Krasinski’s third time directing, although it is his first time for a major studio. Blunt has been busy working on production for Mary Poppins Returns, which releases on Christmas Day, 2018. She’s set co-star with Lin-Manuel Miranda.
These announcements are such a tease, but good work takes time!
