This bromance is o-v-e-r over.
In case you can’t keep up with the constant flip-flopping of Kanye West, let us catch you up. The rapper was originally anti-Trump, then he was pro-Trump, then he actually befriended Trump, and now he’s anti again. Got it? Good.
West recently deleted all positive Trump tweets from his Twitter account because, according to TMZ, he is “super unhappy” about the President’s actions the first two weeks in office. Although this is purely speculation at this point, as nobody from West’s camp has confirmed or denied his motives in deleting the tweets.
The rapper first began showing support for the then President-elect in December when the two met in NYC. He tweeted, “I feel it is important to have a direct line of communication with our future President if we truly want change.” They apparently met to discuss “multiculturalism.” He also pledged his allegiance to the president spontaneously during one of his performances.
So how long will his current distaste for the president last? Who knows but we can only hope it’s a permanent decision.
