Khloe K is doling out dating advice and it’s actually pretty awesome! The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is trying to empower women and keep them from making the same mistakes she made growing up.

On her blog, she wrote,

“You should never have to feel obligated to go out with someone.”

She adds just you shouldn’t feel pressured to date someone just because they ask, or to even access a dinner invite.

“If you don’t want the pressure of going to dinner, then suggest another activity. It’s about only doing what’s within your personal comfort level and walking away from the date feeling like you had fun.”

The recently divorced reality star has been through a lot lately: her ex Lamar Odom suffered a major accident and now there’s inter-family drama with her brother Rob’s baby momma Blac Chyna.

Khloe has recently moved on from her relationship with Lamar and is reportedly dating NBA player Tristan Thompson.

“So if you decide not to go out with a guy, own your decision because another great one will be on his way in no time, boo!”

khloe k on getting over your ex

Kardashian also gave out some awesome advice on how to get over your ex. She recently took to her website to post a video all about how to put a relationship behind you, and boy does she have some wisdom!

The busier you are, the less you’re gonna think about something, so try to consume your thoughts with really productive things. Try to just find a hobby and keep yourself busy in a really positive way. Surround yourself by family and friends that you love and that really occupy your mind. I think that is super important. The more alone you are, the more you think about something. You’re just going to overthink and our brains play tricks on us, which is never healthy. And eventually, every day it will get better and better.”

But don’t worry if it doesn’t happen as quickly as you want.

She adds. “We all heal in our own time.”

Well, it’s not exactly something we haven’t heard before, but it’s always nice to get a reminder!
