Mila Kunis may seem like she has it all. Like, quite literally. Perfectly handsome husband, a beautiful daughter with another on the way, a new film coming out, you get the point. But she’s finally admitted what we’ve long suspected: there is no such thing as having it all.
Hallelujah! Finally someone said it! Drew Barrymore mentioned it a while ago, but we didn’t quite believe her because, I mean, look at her, look at her awesome life. (Although her new divorce is literally breaking our hearts).
But with Mila admitting it, we’re starting to believe that it’s true that celebrities can’t have it. They’re only human, right? (Note: this is not a rhetorical question, we really want to know).
Talking with New York Magazine‘s The Cut, she said,
“There is no such thing. Simply put, the idea of balance doesn’t exist. You have to be okay with one thing not getting the attention it needs at any particular time. It is your work or your kid, but you can’t balance it. There is really, in my opinion, no such thing. One will take a weight.”
We couldn’t agree more.

But then why do so many celebrities insist on acting like they ave the perfect life? They often use social media to perpetuate the idea that they don’t have a care in the world. Why keep up the facade?
We’re so over the “perfect” celeb and we love that Mila is admitting that not everything is perfect. There have been a few other celebs that have talked about it before, but not so straight forward. It’s refreshing to finally hear someone say it out right.
Mila is currently pregnant with her second child with Ashton Kutcher. Her new comedy Bad Moms with Kristen Bell comes out in theaters July 29.
