Shine on, Emily.
The media always paints this picture of women clawing their way to the top, willing to push each other down in order to raise themselves up. But Emily Blunt refuses to believe this nonsense.
In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Emily said that she actually has gotten along with every women she’s worked with.
“I love working with women. The only time I feel like I’ve rolled my eyes at somebody I’ve been working with, it’s been a guy. It’s just been my experience that I’ve gotten along with every woman that I’ve worked with. I have not felt any preciousness or hierarchy or anything like that. I’ve just never had an issue!”
So back down, haters! Women can work well with other women, and Emily proves it!
Emily is currently on her press tour for the new film The Girl on the Train, based on the novel of the same name.
