Finally, Mindy Kaling is returning with a new essay collection about her new life as a single mom.
In a new press release, Mindy announced the collaboration with Amazon, which would allow readers to get the collection for free for Prime and Kindle Unlimited members.
In the press release, Mindy said,
“It’s so exciting for me to share the secrets of how I balance being a professional writer, actor, and single mom in a new collection of essays. I mean, it would be so exciting to share those secrets. I don’t have them. Like, not even close. This morning I bribed my baby with a remote control to get my car keys back. But I do have funny stories about my life and I can’t wait for you to read them.”
LOL! Sounds like our same old Mindy.
This will be Mindy’s third publication with her first two memoirs Why Not Me? and Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? both landing on the bestseller list.
There’s no official release date for the collection but it’s expected to drop the summer of 2020.
In the meantime, Mindy has also teamed up with Amazon for her latest film Late Night, which she wrote, produced, and starred in. The film drops in theaters June 7.
