Netflix ‘Emily in Paris’ Season 4: Where to Get Emily Cooper’s Apartment Decor

If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the last four seasons of Emily in Paris it’s that Emily Cooper is a maximalist at heart. Which is why it’s so surprising that her apartment decor is so… low-key.

Instead of opting for bright colors and bold patterns like she normally does, Emily (and Mindy) decided to go with a more subtle look for their apartment.

Emily’s bedroom in particular relies on a neutral palette, with a wooden headboard, a light colored bedspread, and a round rattan wall shelf unit featured.

And while some of the details have changed over the season — some of the nicknacks have been rearranged, headboards have been swapped out, and artwork has been replaced — the overall vibe of the apartment has pretty much remained the same. It’s cozy, intimate, and casual.

Lily Collins recently gave a tour of Emily and Mindy’s apartment to Architectural Digest, so we were able to get a close-up look at this season’s upgrades.

Below, check out some of the coolest pieces from Emily Cooper’s apartment in season 4 and where you can get her apartment decor for yourself.

Emily’s bedroom got a bit of a makeover this season with a new wicker headboard, new bedding (including jungle-printed pillowcases from H&M!), and a navy blue velvet throw pillow.

She kept the same side tables though — one is a brown twisted wicker table, and the second is a black table with a black lamp with a wicker lamp shade on top. To the left of the bed is a small framed picture of Butch Bruce, the Tattooed Australian Sailor.

Emily also keeps a bookshelf full of French-language books (apparently her French has come a long way since season 1) including 24 Fois La Verite, Le Monde d’hier, and Et la lumiere fut.

The products in Emily and Mindy’s kitchen have changed slightly over the years but for the most part, they rely on french brands like Monin and Fauchon to stock their shelves. As for cooking tools, they often opt for German brand WMF.

Eating Area

Emily and Mindy have a small eating area with a classic French Bistro Wood Table and French Mid Century Chairs.

Behind the table, you can see a small bookshelf (which used to be in Emily’s bedroom) stocked with books, a blue dome lamp, and other nicknacks including an adorable blue art deco Bambi figurine.

Living Room

Emily and Mindy’s living room is by far the coziest (and most out of character) room in the apartment. It centers around a blue worn-in fold out couch with a few mismatched throw pillows.

The side table features an HK Living Charcoal Stoneware Lamp Base With Handles with an HK Living White Hexagon Lamp Shade as well as a vintage red BT landline phone. On the other side of the couch is a bookcase and a blue geometric table lamp.

Additional pieces in the background of Mindy and Emily’s living room include a rectangular brown table lamp, an India Mahdavi Blue Lacquered Table, a large metal Eiffel Tower statue, a glass geometric teardrop terrarium, and a Diptyque Candle.
