Olivia Rodrigo returned for the 2023 Grammys red carpet and she looked absolutely gorgeous!

The singer showed up to the award show wearing a custom-designed Miu Miu Black Sheer Silk Sleeveless Maxi Gown paired with a Tiffany & Co Black Bean Pendant Necklace.

The see-through dress was layered over a black demi bra and black boyshorts.

The dress is inspired by the designer’s “Georgette” silhouette — there’s a similar Miu Miu gown in black sequin — and the necklace is from Tiffany’s Elsa Peretti Collection, which includes the distinctive bean design (the black edition is no longer available but you can still get it on eBay).

Olivia’s dress has received mixed reviews with some complimenting the minimalism of the look and others feeling the look was too simple. Some are also tired of seeing Olivia wear black on the red carpet, a color she adopted last year at the Grammys as well.

Although Olivia wasn’t nominated for any Grammys this year, last year was huge for the singer. She won awards for Best New Artist, Best Pop Solo Performance, and Best Pop Vocal Album. She was also nominated for four more awards including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Album of the Year, and Best Music Video. She also performed her hit song “drivers license” at the award show.

This year, she paid it forward and presented the award for Best New Artist to Samara Joy.

As for Olivia Rodrigo’s second album, fans are currently awaiting new music. Olivia reassured fans that she’ll be releasing new songs this year in a Spotified Wrapped video in which she said,

“I really, truly couldn’t be more grateful and I’m so excited for next year, and all of the new things and new music that 2023 will bring.”

She also confirmed in an interview with Billboard that she has already started writing songs for the album. She said,

“I have a title for my next album and a few songs. It’s really exciting to think about the next world that’s coming up for me. I just love writing songs. I’m trying not to put too much pressure on myself. [I want to] just sort of explore and have fun right now.”
