Who knew it would take a Real Housewife to show us what true compassion looks like?
While many housewives sit on their keister and throw charity galas just for show, Bethenny Frankel is out on the front lines, helping those truly in need.
By now, you’re probably familiar with all the amazing work Bethenny has done, and continues to do, in Puerto Rico.
But now her charity BStrong has decided to tackle yet another crisis: the volcano eruption in Guatemala.
Bethenny says the organization is already “mobilizing” to help those affected. And in the meantime, she encourages her followers to make donations to the cause.
While stats are still rolling in, we already know that 72 people have died and thousands have been forced out of their homes.
Sadly, the coverage of Guatemala had been limited, probably due to the endless shenanigans of our president.
Luckily, Bethenny and her team have not given up on the citizens of Guatemala. And of course, BStrong will continue their relief efforts in Puerto Rico. Bethenny herself has made numerous trips, handing out cash cards, water, toys and more to anyone in need.
Bethenny has truly risen to the challenge and I can only hope that she has inspired others to do the same.
To donate to relief efforts in Puerto Rico and Guatemala, head to Bstrong here.
