Schitt’s Creek‘s Alexis Rose has given us so much over the years. But perhaps her greatest gift to us was her amazing style.
From her oversized sweaters to her iconic “A Little Bit Alexis” velvet dress, she really knew how to make a fashion statement, no matter the weather. We already knew she was a master of the perfect summer dress, but did you know she also has incredible fall style as well? Turns out we can all learn a little bit from Alexis.
So, in anticipation of the colder weather, we put together a list of Alexis Rose’s best fall outfits and the style lessons we learned along the way.
1. Comfort is Always in Fashion

We’re pretty much obsessed with this oversized chunky knit sweater Alexis is wearing. Even though Alexis is usually a little more dressed up, this sweater proves that Alexis can also pull off a totally casual look and we’re *so* here for it.
2. Fringe is In

Alexis somehow makes this western-inspired fringe cardigan look super chic. If you’re looking to incorporate tassels into your wardrobe, this sweater is the perfect item to help you transition from summer to fall.
3. Winter Whites Also Work For Fall

Who says you have to wait for snow to break out your winter whites? This faux leather moto jacket really takes this outfit to another level and looks super cute styled over her white skirt and top. Add an oversized shopper bag to complete the look like Alexis.
4. Your Jacket Can Never Be Too Over-the-Top

This multi-colored faux fur jacket is absolutely ridiculous and we love it! Alexis accessorized her jacket with large gold hoops and stacks of dainty gold rings. Keep the outfit low-key with a messy bun so you don’t look like you’re trying too hard.
5. You Can Never Go Wrong With Athleisure

You might think it’s getting too cold for athleisure but throw on a cute pink bomber jacket and you’ve got your perfect fall outfit! Pair it with a high-neck pink bra top and a pair of leggings to complete the look.
6. Make Room For Velvet in Your Closet

Alexis wore this velvet mini dress to perform her song “A Little Bit Alexis” and now we officially need a pink velvet dress of our own. Alexis went for a loose mini dress but you can embrace a bodycon version if that’s more your style.
7. What’s Old is New

This patchwork dress is kind of out of character for Alexis but we’re totally digging the Little House on the Prairie vibes! Look for a mini patchwork dress to get the look or opt for a flowy maxi dress if you want to embrace a more cottagecore vibe.
