Serena Williams is officially pregnant! The tennis queen just revealed she is currently with child on Snapchat and we literally can’t handle it.
Williams showed off her mini baby bump in a yellow swimsuit and announced she was already 20 weeks along. For those of you keeping score, that means she was pregnant when she won the Australian Open. We don’t know about you, but we don’t even want to get out of bed on our periods, let alone go win a tennis tournament.
The tennis star is currently engaged to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian. The two kept their romance on the down-low before getting engaged a little over a year of dating. Even after they got engaged, Williams kept her engagement ring private for a while, hiding it behind emojis in her Instagram pictures.
Serena is a 22-time Grand Slam champion and Alexis is the co-founder of one of the biggest social networks on the planet, so they’re pretty much the new power couple.
We’re so excited for these two! Plus, we can’t wait to take in Serena’s maternity style. In addition to her tennis career, Williams launched a line of HSN in 2009 and the second line in 2015. Perhaps now she’ll be inspired to design maternity wear? We’d buy that!
