Taylor Kinney doesn’t have time to date right now. We get it — he’s super famous with a great TV show on the air.
He recently told Entertainment Tonight,
“My dating life is through Chicago Fire. I live vicariously through my character.”
We also got some insight into the type of women Kinney’s dates. And ladies, he’s open to anyone as long as he feels that connection.
“I don’t think I have a type. I think it’s more of an energy. I think of compatibility as the intangibles of something, and someone that you meet and connect with, and someone you can laugh with, and maybe share a [similar] sense of humor, then things go from there.”
The insight into Kinney’s love life is the first we’ve gotten from him since his split from Lady Gaga back in July 2016. Although Gaga was reportedly “crushed” over the break-up, there doesn’t seem to be any bad blood between the exes.
Kinney caught Gaga’s Superbowl performance and had nothing but good things to say about it.
“I watched it and I was really stoked. I was proud.”
While Gaga has been linked to Christian Carino, Kinney has yet to be spotted with anyone new.
