‘Teen Mom 2’ Jenelle Evans Threatens to Quit, Blames Cameras for Fights with David

This week’s episode of Teen Mom 2 was… intense.

The camera crew was unable to make it to Jenelle Evans‘ house because the couple was reportedly in a screaming match and David threatened to call the police if the cameras came on their property.

Yeah…

The next day was even stranger, however.

When the crew showed up and inquired about their fight, David acted like he had no idea what they were talking about. Jenelle stayed mum.

Fans were understandably upset. After years of watching Jenelle get her life together, some of us have become protective of her and worry that she’ll repeat her old patterns.

But according to Jenelle, her now-husband David did absolutely nothing wrong. She wrote on Instagram,

“Yes, me and David have our ups and downs but yesterday’s episode was uncalled for. Because David didn’t feel like explaining another argument or drama on camera they make it look as if David is hiding some weird ass shit from the public as if he was hurting me in some way?!”

She added that her problems with David were all caused by MTV, who, according to her, distorts reality and edits the film to make her look bad.

“I have decided after this season I’m probably calling it quits for filming this show. I told Morgan it’s getting to out of hand and it’s not healthy for us anymore, just harming us mentally. They treat all of us as if we are in a freak show and in cages. WE aren’t human beings to @mtv what-so-ever.”

Jenelle isn’t the only star who seems ready to move on. Although Chelsea DeBoer continues filming, she’s set many boundaries for the camera crew and decided not film especially personal moments like her wedding or the birth of her son.

Teen Mom 2 has already been on for eight seasons. Could it be time for the show to end?

All the moms have gotten to a much better place in their lives. Chelsea is married with two kids, Leah was able to go back to school, Kailyn graduated and recently gave birth to her third, and Jenelle is a newlywed with three children. And while we’d be sad to say goodbye to the moms, we’re proud of everything they’ve accomplished over the years.
