The first season of The Golden Bachelorette has officially premiered and our lead Joan Vassos looked absolutely gorgeous!
Of course, Joan *always* looks gorgeous but she did have a little help from resident Bachelorette makeup artist Gina Modica, who’s been beautifying the Bachelor/Bachelorette leads since the very beginning of the franchise.
For night one, Gina gave Joan a glowing, natural look. It was completed with long soft wavy hair and a Randi Rahm gold sequin gown.

The Eyes
For Joan’s eyes, Gina used a combo of Smashbox Cream Eyeshadow in the shade Sepia and Jones Road Beauty Eyeshadow in the shades Dark Brown and Cream. She completed the look with Lashify False Lashes (Gina often uses the “Fluffy” lashes) and GXVE By Gwen Stefani Mascara.
For Joan’s eyebrows, Gina relied on Kosas Tinted Eyebrow Gel in the shade Medium Chocolate Brown.
The Face
To give Joan her glow, Gina started with Temptu Airbrush Foundation for full coverage. She also used Temptu Airbrush Blush in the shade True Blush, the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked (Snake Palette) for the highlighter, Temptu Airbrush Bronzer, and Westmore Beauty Skin Foundation Concealer in the shade Golden Radiance.
The Lips
Gina kept Joan’s lip look simple with GXVE By Gwen Stefani Lip Liner in the shade Do Whatever and Ambreesh Liquid Lip Gloss in the shade Armani Rose.
