'The Hills' Audrina Patridge: I Finally Feel Like Myself Again

After an abusive marriage, a rough divorce, and a painful custody battle, Audrina Patridge is finally getting her mojo back.

During the first run of The Hills back in 2006, Audrina was known for her bubbly personality and fun-loving attitude. But when the show’s reboot, The Hills: New Beginnings, started airing earlier this year, it was clear that Audrina had been beaten down emotionally.

After a number of scary and violent episodes from her ex-husband Corey Bohan, Audrina finally found the strength to leave him.

But it’s taken Audrina a long time to recover. In a conversation with The Hills co-star Whitney Port, Audrina confessed,

“It’s taken a year to heal and I was so vulnerable and so weak.”

But she added,

“I finally feel like I’m myself again.”

With her renewed energy, Audrina has relaunched her swimwear line Prey Swim, which she previously had to put on hold due to the expenses of the divorce.

She told the cameras,

“I’m doing this for my daughter and our future. I’m more focused, my priorities are straight. I know what to do differently now.”

She continued,

“It’s bringing me life again and excitement.”

Audrina’s brand dropped a new line in December 2018 filled with gingham, bows, and cut-outs.

In addition to relaunching Prey, Audrina has also been named the newest celebrity ambassador for the South Beach Diet. The diet has been part of Audrina’s latest journey to wellness, which also includes meditation. She told Us Weekly,

“Life can be very stressful, especially on The Hills. I’ve had to learn how to calm my thoughts and put myself in check throughout the day — or if… I get anxiety, [I say], ‘OK, Audrina, check yourself.’”
