With most of us stuck at home with nothing to do other than indulge in retail therapy, the least we could do is support female-owned, independent businesses.
So to help you out, we rounded up five celeb-approved brands that we think you’ll love too!
I.AM.GIA was started by Australian designer Alana Pallister and her sister Stevie Cox back in 2017. The brand is celebrity-loved with fashionistas like Selena Gomez, Bella Hadid, Madelaine Petsch, Kylie Jenner, Ariana Grande, and more spotted wearing the brand. And the best part? They have a ton of super cute items that us normal people can actually afford.
2. Nubian Skin
Based in London, Nubian Skin was founded by Ade Hassan, MBE to give women of color the nude lingerie they deserve. Ade started the brand in 2017 after she was tired of struggling to find nude undergarments that actually matched her skin. Sizes go up to 38G and 2XL. Oh, and did we mention that Lizzo, Yara Shahidi, and Kerry Washington are all fans?

3. Stella Jean
Stella Jean is an incredible Italian-Haitian designer who’s become committed to creating ethical clothing. Zendaya, Beyonce, and Rihanna have been spotted wearing her clothing numerous times and Selena Gomez recently wore a gorgeous skirt by the designer for her photoshoot with Allure magazine.

Ethiopian-born supermodel Liya Kebede started lemlem as an “artisan-driven collection” that works with creatives across Africa. According to their mission statement, the brand is “committed to helping ‘women’ thrive both within its workshops and beyond.” Her #1 fan? January Jones.
Staud was founded by L.A.-based duo Sarah Staudinger and George Augusto in 2015. The brand is all about bright colors. The team wanted to create a “high-end aesthetic at an accessible price point” and we think they totally nailed it! Pretty much every fashionable celebrity on the planet has worn Staud, including Camila Mendes, Bella Hadid, Hailey Baldwin, Selena Gomez, Reese Witherspoon, and Gigi Hadid.
