As if being 13 wasn’t complicated enough! Throw in a Bat Mitzvah, middle school politics, and cute boys and you have a Shakespearean drama.
And so it goes in Netflix’s latest teen film You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah which follows BFFs Stacy and Lydia as they attempt to plan the biggest event of their young lives.
In addition to the drama, the movie is filled with tons of Y2K fashion (bring on the lettuce-trim crop tops!).
